The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is solution of rehabilitation in rebuilding and building modification of agricultural building into old people´s home in Jaronice, which is part of village Dubné. Components of this thesis are technical report of equipment of building site, technological directives of building rehabilitation, control and test plans, proposal of technological directive, plan of safety and health protection during labour activity, environmental plan, budget and working timetable.

The subject of diploma thesis is a detailed building-technological project of construction printer in Zasova. The thesis contains a technical report on the structural and technological project, technical report broader transport relations, including drawings, technical report construction site along with drawings of building equipment, draft mechanical assemblies, technological regulation, inspection and test plan, itemized budget,calculation according THU and the timetable for construction. It also dealt with contract work, environmental protection, safety at work, time and financial plan of the whole building.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is technology of rough superstructure of apartment block in Zlín, in district Jižní Svahy. The building has seven floors. Pillars and ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, outer and inner walls are made of brick system. The bachelor thesis includes technical report, description of transport relations, technological regulations, a proposal of a machine set, equipment of building site, schedule, control and test plan, working safety, budget and bill of quantities.

Residential House Zlin, South slopes-technological phase coarse substructure

In the bachelor thesis is solved a technological phase of rough bottom construction of a residential house in the housing estate of Jižní Svahy in Zlín. Work is divided into two phases. The first one includes trench work of a construction pit and ground basic stretches. The second one includes concreting of reinforced concrete stretches and reinforced concrete walls. In these parts of construction there are worked out technological steps, control and test plans, their time demands and proposal of available engineering sets. It is taken into consideration occupational and health safety at a place of work.
